Job Description

Position Summary Delivery Drivers are the face of the Sanctuary delivery service and is responsible for providing excellent and consistent customer service while ensuring safe and compliant deliveries. The Sanctuary Delivery Drivers must be reliable, independent, flexible, pay attention to details, have problem solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and has open availability. Position Responsibilities Process and deliver customer orders using our routing/dispatch software Ensure timely and professional delivery of products Verify customer identity, handle cash payments, and ensure accurate exchanges Follow assigned routes and communicate deviations with the Dispatcher and Leads Provide outstanding customer service via phone, text, and in-person during deliveries Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and team members Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively Report on customer requests or issues to the Dispatcher or Lead when necessary Adhere to all traffic laws and operate vehicles safely and efficiently Foster a positive work environment built on trust, loyalty, and respect Regular, dependable attendance is required Collaborate effectively with team members Clean DMV record Additional task and duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus) Previous experience in customer service Previous cannabis experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Familiarity with basic computer systems Interaction with customers in a fast-paced environment Key Competencies Customer-focused attitude Ability to build rapport with customers quickly A detail-oriented mindset Active Listening Adapting to your audience Empathy Conciseness Story Telling Friendly Confident Non Verbal Communication
