On-Call Delivery Driver

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this On-Call Delivery Driver opportunity at NDX Paramount Dental Lab located in Sacramento, CA. The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the

Position:

Provide daily pick-up and delivery of products as requested or assigned. Represent Paramount to all customers with courtesy, respect and focus in exceeding their expectations. Maintain an excellent driving record, observing all rules of the road and proper safety at all times. Actively participate and share ideas for change that will positively affect the relationship Paramount has with its customers. Be the liaison between Paramount customers and the laboratory by informing the appropriate team member of concerns, including but not limited to observations about competitors in the market, behaviors and comments of dental teams relative to Paramount's products and services, etc. Follow laboratory protocols in maintaining upkeep and cleanliness of company vehicle. Meet the needs of the customer by being flexible and receptive to changes/alterations in the delivery route. Other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required:

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity Detail oriented Personable individual with good oral communication skills Acceptable driving record Ability to deal with stressful situations caused by driving conditions and/or run schedules or changes. Professional and neat in appearance Customer service oriented
