Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while optimizing time and fuel usage Assist customers with their deliveries, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service Perform heavy lifting when loading and unloading items, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures are followed Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing sales opportunities during deliveries Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including pricing details, invoices, and delivery logs Organize merchandise on the vehicle for secure transit and easy access upon arrival at each destination Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and transaction processing Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as part of daily tasks Knowledge of route driving strategies to maximize efficiency and punctuality Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude Organizational skills to manage deliveries, paperwork, and merchandise effectively Familiarity with merchandising techniques to present products attractively during deliveries Experience in sales or upselling to promote additional products or services Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional customer engagement!
