Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Driver and be the vital link between our company and our valued customers! Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage route driving efficiently, optimizing delivery schedules for timeliness and accuracy Assist with heavy lifting and merchandise handling to load and unload deliveries securely Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns Utilize sales skills to upsell products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities Maintain accurate delivery records, complete route logs, and document any issues or incidents encountered during shifts Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve logistical challenges promptly Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and transaction handling Experience in commercial driving or route driving preferred; military driving experience is a plus Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries within tight schedules Basic knowledge of merchandising, sales techniques, and upselling strategies is advantageous Embark on a career that combines your love for driving with your passion for delivering outstanding service!
