Position Overview Bay Care Delivery is looking for a reliable, professional, and motivated Cannabis Delivery Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for safely delivering orders, handling inventory and cash accurately, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the SF Bay Area. You will represent the company directly with customers, so professionalism, punctuality, communication, and accountability are extremely important. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This is not app-based gig work. Compensation & Perks Weekly pay + tips Company vehicle available during shifts (Toyota Prius or Toyota Corolla) Option to use your own vehicle (must meet company requirements) Fuel reimbursement for approved work-related driving Company iPhone provided during shifts Employee discount: 42% Consistent scheduling Additional shifts and overtime opportunities may become available based on performance and business needs Opportunities for advancement into dispatch, inventory, operations, training, and leadership roles for strong performers Responsibilities Arrive on time with a positive, professional attitude Process and package delivery orders accurately and efficiently Safely transport and deliver orders throughout the SF Bay Area Handle and reconcile cash and inventory responsibly Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and customer updates Provide excellent customer service to both new and returning customers Utilize company systems and apps for navigation, order management, and POS transactions Follow all company SOPs and California cannabis compliance regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and work areas Assist with inventory organization, counts, and operational support when needed Follow delivery schedules while adapting to changing order flow and traffic conditions Drive safely and obey all traffic laws at all times Distribution Order Intake Inventory Cycle Counts Requirements Must be at least 21 years old Valid California Driver's License Clean driving record (No DUI history, excessive tickets, or major accidents) Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work full scheduled shifts Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable driving for extended periods of time Strong communication and customer service skills Honest, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Professional appearance and respectful customer interaction required at all times Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment This role is best suited for individuals who work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and can stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
