We are a dedicated team of professionals looking for reliable delivery drivers who are customer-oriented, personable, and interested in building a career in the cannabis industry. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering orders to customers within a 50-mile radius, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. Drivers use company vehicles (Prius's) and a company-provided smartphone with access to the Dispatch hub for constant support on the road. In this role, you'll play a key part in our operations, delivering exceptional service and "smiles" that help build lasting relationships with our loyal customers. This position is eligible to receive individual cash tips.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, timely, and compliant delivery of cannabis products to ensure a positive customer experience. Verify customer identification and ensure legal age and purchase limits before completing deliveries. Inspect delivery vehicle(s) before and after shifts; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Deliver professional, courteous, and discreet customer service at all times. Uphold company standards for professional appearance and presentation. Promote a collaborative culture by working cohesively with all departments. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organizational standards. Be reliable, punctual, and prepared to perform job duties. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
21+ years of age with a valid California driver's license for at least 2 years and an insurable, clean driving record (no major violations in past 5 years; no more than 2 minor violations in past 3 years). High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences. Accurate and reliable cash-handling skills. Positive and professional attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer service; able to resolve minor customer concerns at delivery. Physical ability to lift, carry, and load/unload packages up to 50lbs. Proficiency with GPS devices, smartphones, and delivery tracking apps. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Desired:
Previous delivery or transportation experience, preferably in cannabis or regulated products. 2+ years of customer service experience. Interest in the cannabis industry. Familiarity with local neighborhoods, routes, and traffic patterns. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
