Vibhuti Inc. - An independent service provider for FedEx Ground Now Hiring Full-Time Delivery Drivers Vibhuti Inc. is hiring motivated and reliable delivery drivers to join our team serving the San Jose, CA area. We're one of the top FedEx Ground contractors, committed to safety, professionalism, and career growth for our drivers. If you have experience as a delivery driver, driver, courier, or non-CDL driver, you could be a great fit. Candidates with experience at FedEx, UPS, Amazon, or other delivery companies are encouraged to apply. Military-experienced candidates are also welcome. Pay & Benefits Local routes: $190/day-$210/day Weekly pay Paid training Opportunities for overtime and bonuses Flexible 4-6 day schedules Medical insurance and 401(k) after 90 days Referral program Company vehicle and uniforms provided Advancement opportunities (Lead Driver, Trainer, Management, etc.) Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle to deliver packages for FedEx Ground Load/unload packages up to 75 lbs (or 150 lbs with a dolly) Deliver to homes and businesses in all weather conditions Follow traffic laws and delivery schedules Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or vehicle issues Keep the vehicle clean and report any damage or maintenance needs Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean record Pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (cost covered) Able to lift and carry heavy packages Reliable and able to work weekends as needed No experience?
