Tipsy Tank Pools designs and installs elevated stock tank pool experiences for homeowners, short-term rentals, and design-forward outdoor spaces across California and beyond. THE ROLE

The Delivery and Installation Specialist is a hands-on, field-based W-2 position based out of ourSanta Clarita location. You're on the front lines of every installation — loading, transporting, setting up, and making sure each stock tank pool experience is exactly right before it's handed off to the customer. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in showing up reliably, works well independently,and finds satisfaction in work that has a clear start and finish. Schedules flex with bookings and seasonal demand. This is a Spring/Summer role with genuine potential to grow into year-round work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Transport stock tank pool equipment to and from customer locations throughout California; round-trip based out of our Santa Clarita location. Load, unload, and install equipment according to company checklists and standards Ensure each setup is complete, secure, and clean before leaving the job site Perform pre- and post-installation inspections and follow all company safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and required PPE Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company equipment and vehicles Represent the Tipsy Tank brand professionally in every on-site customer interaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Background in delivery, installation, logistics, or hands-on field work Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely lift and handle equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established systems independently Available during agreed-upon hours, including early mornings, evenings, and peak seasonal periods as needed WORK STRUCTURE and

BACKGROUND CHECK

Based out of our Santa Clarita location; regular travel to customer sites throughout California Occasional overnight and limited out-of-state travel may be required All travel time and applicable overtime compensated in accordance with California wage and hour law Employment contingent on successful completion of a background check and driving record verification COMPENSATION and

SCHEDULE

$20.00-$23.00/hour, based on experience Non-Exempt W-2 employee, overtime eligible per California law Availability Mon - Friday 8:30-5pm PSt, flexibility and scheduling based on company bookings; availability preferences discussed during the hiring process Seasonal Spring/Summer role with potential for year-round work based on performance and business need
