As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting products, engaging with customers professionally, and ensuring timely deliveries that keep our operations running smoothly. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and reduce delays Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Conduct heavy lifting and merchandising tasks to load and unload goods securely and efficiently Utilize sales and upselling techniques to promote additional products or services during delivery interactions Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including pricing details, invoices, and delivery logs Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, route changes, or issues encountered Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record and experience in commercial driving Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and transaction processing Excellent communication skills to engage with customers clearly and professionally Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and delivery paperwork accurately Experience in route driving, merchandising, or sales is preferred but not mandatory Military background or experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and reliability in high-pressure situations Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets outstanding customer service!
