Job Overview:

Cooperage Brewing Company is a Santa Rosa-based independent craft brewery, self-distributing our beers across Sonoma County, Marin, and the East Bay. We're hiring a reliable and hardworking Delivery Driver to help us get cold, fresh beer into the hands of our accounts—and represent our brand with professionalism and pride.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload delivery trucks accurately Deliver beer to bars, restaurants, and retailers Provide excellent customer service at each stop Assist with packaging on canning and kegging days Merchandise product at grocery and liquor stores Maintain cleanliness and care of delivery vehicles Manage invoices and payments when necessary Resolve account issues and maintain relationships

Requirements:

Must be 21+ with valid CA Driver's License and clean driving record Able to lift full kegs (180 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (preferred) Detail-oriented and self-motivated Excellent communication and time management Team player with a passion for craft beer
