Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
• Load and unload goods from the vehicle by manual lifting
• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner and in accordance with customer requirements
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation

Skills:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 50lbs and physical demands of the job
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Familiarity with courier or delivery services is a plus but will receive training regardless.
