Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate a box truck or similar vehicle safely for route driving and delivery purposes Load and unload merchandise efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, ensuring proper handling of goods Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining safety protocols Perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as needed to load or unload items from storage or delivery vehicles Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules, customer requests, or issues encountered during routes Qualifications Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills Previous warehouse experience including loading, unloading, or inventory management is preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities such as load & unload procedures and route driving Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently Knowledge of warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus but not mandatory Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and route planning This role offers an exciting blend of retail engagement and logistical expertise.
