The Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of fresh produce to customers, warehouses, and distribution locations while maintaining excellent customer service and product quality. Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver fresh produce to customers and vendors Load and unload products carefully to prevent damage Verify orders, invoices, and delivery quantities before departure and upon delivery Maintain proper temperature control and product handling procedures Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers regarding deliveries Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations when applicable Experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record Previous delivery or produce industry experience preferred Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs or more) Strong time management and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Knowledge of Southern California delivery routes is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional customer service!
