Delivery Driver

Job Summary Pride on Point is a delivery company seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate different types of vehicles, including box trucks and vans. Branded vehicle provided! Non-CDL delivery driver!

Approximate hours are 10 am to 7 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Responsibilities Safely drive and operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans. Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring all items are secured for transport. Navigate routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and delivery confirmations. Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays encountered during deliveries. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) consistently throughout the day. Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse operations and forklift operation is beneficial but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing deliveries. Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
