Puller/Packer & Delivery Driver We are a wholesale greenhouse specializing in interior foliage, supplying florists, nurseries, garden centers, and interior plantscapers across 10 states. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team in a combined Puller/Packer & Delivery Driver role. This position involves a mix of greenhouse order fulfillment and over-the-road delivery responsibilities. Duties will vary day-to-day based on business needs, and candidates must be flexible and team-oriented. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Overtime and extended hours required as needed Must be willing to stay late to complete order packing and assist with loading trucks Key Responsibilities Greenhouse / Order Fulfillment Pull plant material accurately for customer orders Prepare plants for shipment, including cleaning, trimming, removing dead foliage, checking for pests, and watering as needed Communicate with Sales Representatives regarding shortages or substitutions Pack orders securely for transport on company trucks Assist with unloading incoming plant shipments and organizing inventory Help load delivery trucks efficiently and safely Assist walk-in customers as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Learn and identify plant varieties to improve accuracy and efficiency Delivery / Driving Safely operate company delivery vehicles, including straight trucks and other non-CDL commercial vehicles Transport products across Colorado and surrounding states (including Nebraska, Kansas, and Wyoming) Load, secure, transport, and unload products while maintaining plant quality Follow delivery routes using GPS and maintain schedules while adapting to traffic and weather conditions Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Comply with all federal and state driving regulations and company policies Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries Report any accidents, delays, or mechanical issues promptly Work closely with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
