The driver is responsible for operating a 24-26 ft box truck, leading the delivery team, and ensuring all deliveries and installations are completed safely, efficiently, and without damage. ⸻ Pay
  • $15.50 per stop
Average:
$1,100-$1,400+ per week
  • Weekly bonuses available for performance and zero claims ⸻ Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a 24-26 ft box truck
  • Lead the helper and manage daily route execution
  • Deliver appliances to residential customers
  • Install appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, etc.)
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed on time
  • Take before/after photos for every delivery
  • Provide professional customer service ⸻ Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • No felonies or misdemeanors
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • Ability to lift heavy appliances daily (with helper)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual ⸻ Expectations
  • Complete 15-18+ stops per day
  • Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Maintain zero damage / zero claims to qualify for bonuses
