Job Description
Driver / Warehouse Associate — True Brew Beverage Services (Mountain Town Coffee) Rifle, CO Are you a reliable driver who takes pride in punctual, friendly service? Mountain Town Coffee seeks a dedicated Delivery Driver who will manage routes between Aspen, Grand Junction, and Eagle, delivering quality coffee and beverage products to cafés, restaurants, and retailers. This hybrid position combines daily delivery duties with warehouse responsibilities, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced, community-focused coffee company. Daily Duties Execute roughly 30 deliveries per day, ensuring customers receive correct, high-quality product on time. Assist in the warehouse by picking and packing orders, restocking inventory, and preparing product for delivery. Safely load/unload products and move heavy items (+50 lbs) as part of regular operations. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform pre-trip inspections, and report maintenance needs. Provide outstanding customer service—address customer questions professionally and foster positive relationships that reflect our brand values. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have a clean driving history, dependable work habits, and strong communication skills. Experience driving in winter conditions and on mountain roads is required due to the varied terrain on our routes. You should be comfortable with physical labor, flexible scheduling, and collaborating with our warehouse team when deliveries are complete.
