Position Summary Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and owners at Bear Creek Lodge. Assist with handling luggage, guiding or escorting guests to their units, and offering shuttle and equipment services. Must be available to work daytime and evening shifts; this is a tipped position. Essential Job Duties Provide shuttle rides to guests and owners upon request, adhering to safe driving practices Extend warm greetings to guests and owners upon arrival, ensuring prompt and excellent service throughout their stay. Assist with handling luggage during check-in and checkout, and escort guests to their units. Manage fractional owner storage bins and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to units before the owners' arrival. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Telluride and the surrounding area to recommend activities, services, and destinations to guests. Maintain clean and orderly work areas, including the shuttle and common areas. Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications Education:

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum of one year in customer service.

Required Skills:

Flexible work schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable and responsible with strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Attention to detail. Polite and patient demeanor.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to ascend and descend stairs, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
