Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to residential and business locations, following designated routes efficiently. Manage route driving schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting tasks, to ensure products are handled securely. Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns to foster positive relationships. Maintain accurate delivery records, route logs, and inventory documentation for organizational efficiency. Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery roles, with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with route driving software or GPS systems for efficient navigation. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform repetitive loading/unloading tasks safely.
