Driver / Attestation Specialist - (Arlington, VA)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00

PM Pay:

$20/hour during training and for 2 months after all required licenses are received $25/hour thereafter Gas, parking, licensing fees, and background check all covered by the company Start date: Immediate Required (please do not apply without these): Own a reliable personal vehicle (current registration and insurance) Clean driving record Valid driver's license We're hiring a reliable, professional Driver / Attestation Specialist to support client appointments across the DMV area. This is a great long-term opportunity — we invest in your training, pay for your licenses, and provide a clear path to a higher rate. What you'll do: Drive to client locations (homes, courts, offices, hospitals, care facilities) for scheduled appointments Verify signer identity and witness document signings Complete attestation paperwork accurately — all signatures, dates, and seals confirmed Communicate professionally with clients, our office, and the sales team Coordinate with shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS) when documents need to be sent out What we provide: Paid training from day one All gas and parking covered All licensing and notary commission fees paid by the company (VA, DC, and/or MD as needed) Background check covered by the company Clear pay progression: $20/hr during training + 2 months post-licensing → $25/hr You should also have: Professional appearance and strong communication skills Sharp attention to detail — attestation work has zero room for sloppy paperwork Comfort using a smartphone for scheduling and document scanning Willingness to commit to the full training period Nice to have: Existing notary commission (VA, DC, or MD) Bilingual (Spanish is a big plus)
