Route Delivery Driver/Minivan, Promaster City, or Ford Transit Connect Owner

Job Summary Join our dynamic delivery team as a Hot Shot Route Delivery Driver, utilizing your expertise with your personal minivan, Ford Transit Connect, or Promaster City to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. This position requires someone who is available at the warehouse from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This position will make deliveries periodically throughout the day in surrounding areas. This position will average between 50-100 miles per day, depending on who orders that day. This is a 1099/independent contractor position. Pay will be direct deposit on Fridays, with one week held back. Duties Safely operate your vehicle—whether a minivan, Ford Transit Connect, or Promaster City to complete daily delivery routes across designated areas. Verify parts with invoice to check for accuracy before loading, if any discrepancies, report to local dispatcher before leaving. Load cargo securely to prevent damage during transit and unload deliveries at customer locations with care. Follow planned route schedules diligently while adapting to traffic or route changes as needed. Use customers app to document deliveries and returns at every customer. Communicate proactively with dispatch teams regarding delivery status as needed, long delays, or issues encountered during routes. Skills One year experience in delivery driving or courier services preferred. Strong customer service skills to represent our company professionally and courteously at each stop. Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the day, if needed. Ability to load, deliver, and pickup parts accurately at each customer. Pay:
