Service, Delivery, Installer Technician

Commercial Fitness Products, Inc., one of the fitness industry's leading equipment distributors, has an immediate opening for a hardworking, mechanically skilled, self-motivated individual in our Fort Myers, FL office. The responsibilities for the position will include the following:

• Deliveries & Installations
• assembly, heavy lifting required
• Repair service
• diagnosis, service & parts replacement
• Warehouse
• receiving goods, loading trucks, general warehouse maintenance
• Perform Preventative Maintenance
• cleaning, lubrication & adjustments
• Prepare Estimates
• parts & repairs
• Moving Service
• relocating or removal & disposal of equipment
• Preparation of orders
• preassembling, loading & unloading
• Receive in-bound shipments of equipment
• palletizing, wrapping, loading
• Refurbishment
• pre-owned equipment cleanup, painting, repairs
• Other reasonable tasks We need someone who shows up on time & is willing to work.

CFP represents over 12 different lines of brand name products throughout the state and into the Caribbean. With offices in Orlando, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa, CFP is expanding and needs a hardworking, personable individual to assist in growing our service & delivery capability. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Mechanically skilled (required)
• Experience with the use of common hand tools (required)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (required)
• Experience with operating a forklift (preferred, not required)
• Capable of reading & following assembly instructions and schematic diagrams (helpful)
• Working knowledge of various basic software programs (preferred, not required)
• Dependable, Reliable, Trustworthy, Loyal (required)
• Above average Written and Verbal skills (preferred)
• Pleasant demeanor and professional presence (required)
• Sales Experience (helpful)
• General knowledge of fitness and fitness related products (helpful)
• Enthusiastic & Energetic (required)
• Capability to work independently (preferred)
• Clean Florida Drivers License (required) CFP will provide service & sales training to successful candidate.
