Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to residential or commercial locations. Install a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC units following schematics and technical instructions. Conduct appliance assembly, electrical connections, and mechanical setup with precision and attention to detail. Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs or adjustments on appliances during installation or service calls. Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation procedures, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. Follow safety protocols during delivery and installation to prevent accidents or damage. Complete detailed documentation of work performed, including service reports and delivery logs. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair, field service, or as a service technician with knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC systems, or electrical components. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Prior delivery driver experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles in a professional setting. Familiarity with equipment repair, assembly processes, and electrical systems is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks preferred. Ability to lift heavy appliances safely and work in various environments requiring physical activity.
