Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, personable Delivery Driver to join our team on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule. You'll be responsible for picking up orders from our farm and delivering them to our accounts on time and in excellent condition. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a growing local food business. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (hours vary based on route; typically morning/mid-day) Compensation Flat rate per shift (discussed during interview) Responsibilities Load and organize delivery orders accurately before each route Deliver fresh microgreens, edible flowers, and other farm products to accounts on an established route Handle all products with care to maintain quality and freshness during transit Represent HyperLocal Farms professionally at each stop, punctual, courteous, and communicative Confirm deliveries and collect signatures or documentation as needed Report any delivery issues, account feedback, or vehicle concerns promptly Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Requirements Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable and punctual, on-time delivery is critical to our accounts Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly Comfortable with an early morning schedule Strong attention to detail when loading and verifying orders Professional demeanor, you'll be interacting directly with chefs, buyers, and store managers Prior delivery, food service, or logistics experience is a plus but not required To Apply Send a brief note about yourself and your driving experience to info@hyperlocalfarms.ag.
