Duties Safely operate a box truck to deliver products to residential and commercial customers across designated routes Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed Verify delivery addresses, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate documentation for each dropoff Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory checks, moving stock, and organizing storage areas when not on delivery routes Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally during deliveries Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with knowledge of route planning and navigation tools Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle Ability to lift heavy items safely during load & unload operations; physical stamina is essential Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for heavy lifting and moving tasks Embark on a career that keeps you moving!
