Delivery Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate efficiently through assigned routes. This is an OTR ( over the road) job!! Driving from State to State. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including those with manual transmission. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of items. Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues encountered during transit. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Assist in warehouse tasks as needed, including moving items and operating pallet jacks. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently. Experience in moving, courier services, or warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands.
