Pay Structure:

Drivers earn approximately: 15

• 25% of contracted freight revenue Compensation is based on: CDL class Route type Equipment operated Experience level Availability Safety and reliability Higher earning potential available for: Weekend availability Regional freight routes Specialized hauling experience Longer contracted loads Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of commercial vehicles including: Tractor-trailers Box trucks Flatbeds Refrigerated trailers Dump trucks Roll-off trucks Forklift-equipped trucks Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to proper safety and freight-handling procedures Complete route-specific deliveries across designated local and regional service areas while maintaining on-time performance Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance Maintain accurate: Delivery logs Shipment documentation Vehicle inspection reports Maintenance records Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding route coordination, delays, or delivery updates Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies during all operations Ensure cargo is properly secured and transported safely to prevent damage or loss Skills & Qualifications Valid CDL Class A or Class B license required Current DOT medical card preferred Clean driving record preferred Ability to pass background screening and drug testing

Preferred Experience:

Tractor-trailer operations Flatbed hauling Refrigerated trailer operations Dump truck experience Freight handling and load securement Manual transmission experience Regional route driving
