In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages on foot using a hand truck within a designated area. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while ensuring safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Duties & Responsibilities Safely load, organize, and transport packages (up to 50 lbs) on a hand truck. Deliver packages on foot to customers in residential and commercial areas. Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, communication, and scanning packages. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation through digital apps. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and the public. Adhere to all company and Amazon safety standards throughout the delivery process. Requirements Must be 18 years or older . Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull a hand truck loaded with packages. Comfortable walking long distances and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Familiarity with smartphones and mobile apps. Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or a physically demanding role preferred (but not required). Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
