Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage route driving efficiently, planning deliveries to optimize time and fuel usage Engage with customers professionally during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, leveraging strong communication skills to enhance sales opportunities Perform heavy lifting and merchandising tasks as needed to ensure accurate delivery and presentation of products Maintain accurate delivery records, route logs, and documentation for each trip Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status, delays, or issues Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record and experience in commercial driving Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and inventory management Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments Organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and delivery paperwork accurately Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus Background in military service is advantageous due to discipline and route planning expertise Knowledge of merchandising standards and route driving best practices Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional customer service!
