Established Routes. Regional Deliveries. $42K-$52K Per Year. Damian's Enterprises is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver based out of our Milton headquarters. This position services convenience stores, grocery, drug, and small format accounts throughout the territory. This is a hands-on role. You will deliver, merchandise, rotate product, and manage customer expectations at the store level.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday Early start times Route completion based on assigned territory Primarily local routes Occasional overnight travel may be required based on route coverage, training support, or operational needs. Workdays may vary in length depending on route volume and seasonal demand.

PAY & COMPENSATION

$42,000 - $52,000 per year Paid weekly Compensation based on route structure, experience, and performance Established customer base and consistent territory This is a full-time position with structured route expectations and performance accountability.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Service established small to medium format accounts Deliver and unload product using a 2-wheel hand truck Lift and handle cases ranging from 5-50 lbs repeatedly Rotate and merchandise product in coolers, freezers, and bunkers Check in with store management and follow receiving procedures Use handheld devices for routing, credits, and daily documentation Complete required pre and post trip vehicle inspections Follow all Fleet Safety and DVIR requirements Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle This role services up to 175 accounts periodically throughout the week or month and requires strong time management and attention to detail.

WHAT THIS JOB IS NOT

This is not a drop-and-go driving job.

You will:

Lift product throughout the day Work in cooler and freezer environments Interact directly with store managers Manage paperwork and handheld systems Follow strict safety procedures If you are looking for a physical route with accountability and independence, this is a strong fit.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year successful truck driving experience No major driving violations in the past 3 years Ability to pass background and drug screening Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work early mornings and variable schedules Must adhere to Damian's Fleet Safety Program.
