This role combines food preparation, customer service, and delivery responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems and food safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in multiple facets of our restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction from kitchen to door. Duties Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering Manage food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating in the kitchen area, maintaining efficiency during peak hours Provide friendly and attentive customer service in person at the counter or via phone orders Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cash handling responsibilities Buss tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Deliver orders promptly while ensuring food quality during transit Follow all safety procedures during food preparation and delivery activities Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, serving, or retail math is advantageous Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for delivery duties (if applicable) Experience working in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafés is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail This position offers a dynamic work environment where team members are valued for their dedication and enthusiasm.
