DELIVERY DRIVER

Motorsports Delivery Driver Position Summary Love Motorsports of Ocoee is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to support the sales and service departments by safely transporting motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles to and from customers, vendors, auctions, and partner locations. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, professional handoff experience and maintaining the dealership's high standards of service and safety. Key Responsibilities The Delivery Driver will be responsible for the safe loading, transport, and delivery of powersports vehicles while representing the dealership in a professional manner.

Duties include:

Safely loading and unloading motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and related equipment using proper tie-down and transport procedures Transporting vehicles to customer homes, businesses, events, auctions, and service partners Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and documenting condition reports Ensuring secure transport and preventing damage during loading, transit, and unloading Coordinating delivery schedules with sales and service teams Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of delivery trucks and trailers Providing friendly, professional customer interaction during deliveries Assisting with dealership inventory movement and organization when needed Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support dealership operations Qualifications & Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record (CDL may be preferred depending on equipment used) Ability to safely operate trucks with trailers and understand load securement techniques Prior experience with vehicle transport, delivery driving, or powersports/motorsports preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to lift, push, or maneuver heavy vehicles with proper equipment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or extended delivery routes Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing in and out of transport vehicles Ability to lift and secure heavy equipment and vehicles using ramps, winches, or dollies Exposure to outdoor weather conditions for extended periods Ability to sit and operate a vehicle for long durations during deliveries Work Environment This position operates in both indoor dealership settings and outdoor environments including customer locations, roadways, and transport sites. Safety and professionalism are expected at all times, especially when handling high-value powersports inventory.
