Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description 3WSY Inc., a professional FedEx Ground Contractor , is currently hiring responsible, safety-driven Delivery Drivers to join our Orlando operations. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, understand the importance of reliability, and are committed to meeting FedEx delivery standards. Drivers represent our company every day and play a key role in customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Deliver packages safely and on time to residential and commercial addresses Operate company vehicles in compliance with FedEx and DOT safety standards Scan and track packages using handheld delivery devices Maintain accurate delivery records and route documentation Provide professional and respectful customer service Follow assigned routes and communicate with dispatch as needed Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns Work efficiently to meet daily delivery goals Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify) Ability to lift and carry packages up to 150 lbs (with or without assistance) Strong time management and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Delivery or driving experience preferred (training available) Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays if required Serious and qualified candidates only Pay & Benefits Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Paid training Health insurance options (for eligible employees) Consistent work and stable routes Opportunity for growth within our FedEx contractor operation Supportive and professional work environment Work Location In-person Orlando, FL Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
