Duties Load, unload, and organize merchandise with care, including heavy lifting when necessary Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery details, answer questions, and provide excellent service Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for efficient operations Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and timely arrivals Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any issues promptly Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of route planning, navigation tools, and traffic regulations Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling pricing adjustments and transaction calculations Ability to lift heavy packages safely and handle physically demanding tasks Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently throughout the day Previous military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork Embark on a career that keeps you moving while making a difference!
