We are currently seeking a reliable, friendly Driver to join our team at The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, supporting community activities, and ensuring residents travel safely and comfortably. Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-oriented work environment A meaningful role where you directly enhance residents' independence and quality of life Opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding company Primary Responsibilities of the Driver Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and scheduled community events using the community passenger vehicle Ensure the community vehicle is clean, safe, and properly maintained at all times Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle, offering warm and courteous support Collaborate with the Executive Director, Director of Activities, Concierge, and Director of Facilities Maintenance to support transportation needs Maintain accurate driving records as required Follow all community safety guidelines and state driving regulations Requirements Experience, Licensure & Skills A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others High School Diploma or GED equivalent Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record; CDL preferred but not required Familiarity with Google Maps or similar navigation tools Reliable, patient, and able to work with senior adults Ability to assist residents safely and respectfully QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
