Delivery Driver

We are hiring Full-Time Drivers at CEBA Logistics. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers in the Land O' Lakes area who pay attention to details, can quickly problem-solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment! Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. •Company Vehicle Provided and No CDL needed•

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Keep the pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions ; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van 150 to 200 times a day at variable locations Operate a commercial vehicle safely at all times Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed Use smartphone device (Provided by company) for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Benefits & Scheduling:

Approximate hours are 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (average 35-40 hours/wk.) $21.00 - 22.50/hr. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are available. Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing immediately at the start of employment (Up to 80 hours of PTO a year!!!)

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Must be available seven days a week. Must have a valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Must be able to take a background check, motor vehicle history report, and 5-panel drug test.
