This role is essential to our daily operations and combines warehouse responsibilities with customer deliveries throughout Florida and South Georgia. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in accuracy, safety, and providing exceptional customer service. As one of the primary faces of our company, you will represent our organization professionally while ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time to customers such as schools, medical offices, and healthcare facilities. Key Responsibilities Delivery Operations Pick, stage, and deliver customer orders accurately and on schedule. Load delivery vehicles safely and securely. Verify orders and delivery paperwork prior to departure. Review deliveries with customers and obtain required signatures. Return completed paperwork and report discrepancies to management. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while meeting scheduled delivery times. Unload and deliver products safely at customer locations. Build positive customer relationships through professional service. Pick up biomedical waste from customers while following all transportation, handling, and storage procedures. Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Maintain accurate stock placement and warehouse organization. Assist with inventory management and warehouse cleanliness. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities Conduct weekly inspections of delivery vehicles and report maintenance concerns. Submit weekly odometer readings for assigned vehicles. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safe operating conditions. Always maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Compliance with Driving Laws and Regulations Must maintain a valid driver's license and operate company vehicles in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local traffic laws, regulations, and safety requirements. Responsible for adhering to all driving, parking, vehicle weight, and transportation regulations while conducting company business. Comply with all company policies and applicable DOT, OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations. Must immediately report any traffic violations, license suspensions, accidents, or changes in driving status to management. Additional Responsibilities Install, maintain, and replace soap dispensers and related equipment at customer locations as needed. Provide basic customer service support and ensure equipment is operating correctly. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED. Minimum age of 25. At least 3 years of delivery driving experience. At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including receiving and stocking inventory. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Experience operating a forklift. Ability to operate a box truck and cargo van. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Driving Record Requirements Candidates must provide a copy of their driving record from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles and meet the following standards: No license revocations, suspensions, or disqualifications within the past 3 years. No traffic-related convictions within the past 3 years. No points currently on driving record. No traffic violations within the past 3 years. Employees must notify management of any driving violations that occur during employment. The company reserves the right to request updated driving records periodically. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position involves working in warehouse environments, customer facilities, and varying weather conditions. Frequent local and regional travel is required, including deliveries up to four hours from our warehouse location.

Candidates must be able to:

Read, write, comprehend, and perform basic calculations. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Frequently walk, bend, squat, kneel, climb, reach, push, and pull. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Occasionally lift up to 70 pounds. Use computers and keyboards as needed for administrative tasks.
