Local Route Delivery Driver

Position Overview Damian's Enterprises is hiring a full-time Route Delivery Driver to service established customer accounts throughout the Tallahassee market. This role combines delivery, merchandising, and customer support for small and medium-format retail locations. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, day routes Based out of the Tallahassee depot In-person role with daily customer interaction Core Responsibilities Deliver frozen and refrigerated products to assigned customer locations Merchandise, rotate, and stock product in freezers, coolers, and bunkers Verify product quantities and maintain delivery documentation Remove delivery-related waste and return vehicle empty at end of day Communicate with store management during check-in and delivery Support sales efforts through in-store execution and relationship building Daily Operational Duties Prepare assigned vehicle at the start of each workday Complete route downloads and settlements using handheld devices Record time and attendance accurately Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections (DVIRs) Fuel vehicle using company-issued fuel card Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interior and exterior Physical Requirements Repeated lifting of cases weighing 5-50 lbs Occasional pushing/pulling of 40-150 lbs Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and standing throughout the workday Qualifications Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required for all routes) Merchandising experience (1 year required) Ability to safely operate delivery vehicles English proficiency required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and paid training Flexible schedule Referral program Location Requirement Must be able to commute to Tallahassee, FL 32310
