Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers. This energetic position combines warehouse operations with delivery responsibilities, offering an engaging environment for motivated individuals. You'll be responsible for loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse, as well as safely transporting products via box trucks and other commercial vehicles. Responsibilities Safely load and unload goods using equipment such as pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques Prepare deliveries by organizing items efficiently within the delivery vehicle for optimal route planning Drive box trucks or driver vehicles along designated routes to deliver products to customers promptly Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries, including signing off on delivery receipts and updating logs Assist with warehouse organization, including moving inventory and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Communicate effectively with customers during delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Load and unload shipments at the warehouse using appropriate equipment, ensuring proper handling of heavy items Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred Proven delivery driver experience, particularly with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency Experience operating pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during loading and unloading tasks Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude while interacting with clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with driver or courier roles is advantageous Join us to be part of a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction!
