We are seeking a mechanically inclined Chemical Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering chemicals within Georgia and potentially to Tennessee and North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing pumps at facilities and should reside in the greater Atlanta area for easy access to our warehouse.Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport and deliver chemicals to various facilities in Georgia and Tennessee Install and maintain chemical pumps at client locations, ensuring proper functionality and safety. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition. Load and unload chemicals, securing them properly for transport. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, including delivery times, customer signatures, and any discrepancies. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies related to the handling and transportation of chemicals. Communicate effectively with clients to coordinate delivery schedules and address any concerns or issues. Assist with warehouse duties, including picking up chemicals and preparing delivery orders.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to install and maintain chemical pumps. Previous experience in chemical delivery or a related field, preferably with companies like Ecolab. Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to the handling and transportation of chemicals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must reside in the greater Atlanta area for easy access to the warehouse.Benefits:
