Compensation Beginning at $21.25 per hour with Advancement Opportunities Who We Are Our ambition is to be the best Amazon Delivery Service Partner by being the best place for the best drivers to work. Since 2018, we have been a high-performing Delivery Service Provider (DSP) focused on the driver experience. We know that when we take care of our drivers, they will take care of the customer. We operate as a branded DSP driving Amazon branded vehicles and wearing Amazon uniforms. Our teams are highly visible in the community so we operate with high service and safety standards. About the Job Full time Delivery Associates are scheduled for four 10 hour shifts per week. In the role, you will be responsible for safely operating a high roof branded delivery vehicle while you deliver packages on behalf of Amazon. You will use a provided smart phone to navigate along your route and to complete your deliveries. You will be stopping up to 200 times a day and delivering packages weighing up to 50 lbs each to the customer's door at each of those stops. This is a fast-paced job and your stops will require you to go up and down stairs as well as traveling long distances on foot to reach the front door. Make no mistake, this is a physically demanding job. To be a member of our team, we have 3 expectations:

Delivery Performance:

Get the package to the customer and represent Amazon with a smile while following standard delivery procedures and instructions. We operate 7 days a week, 362 days a year. We ask that you be flexible with your schedule and work a variety of shifts when you start. Merit and ability ranking will allow you to set your schedule as you gain experience in your role. Compensation & Benefits

• $21.25 per hour starting wage.
• Guarantee of 10 hours of pay per day by maintaining safety and quality expectations.
• Medical, Dental and Vison Insurance available 30 days after hire.
• Paid Time Off accruals beginning upon hire.
• 401k with up to 4% employer match at 6 months of employment. Requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license (CDL not required)
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 75lbs.
