General Responsibilities:

The driver's main objectives: Safety, Reliability and Quality went it comes to driving and deliveries Follow all written and verbal instructions from supervisors to ensure the above-mentioned goal is always met Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road Always interact in a positive and professional manner while delivering products to customers' homes, retail stores, and business locations Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request, or concern Keep the customer informed of delivery progress/status to the best of one's ability Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles Sort and prepare delivery routes to assure customer satisfaction Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times Assist in training other team members if needed Receive and provide clear and timely communication with the dispatcher Delivery Driver Benefits SBMJ Logistics offers: Excellent group benefits (must be employed for 90 days

$22.25/hour, 8-10 Hour shifts 4-5 days per week All drivers

MUST:

Be eligible to work in the U.S.A. Possess a valid driver's license Possess a clean driving record Be at least 21 years of age Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Be able to lift 50 LBs Have great customer service skills Have a positive attitude and be a team player
