Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals at customer locations Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, including heavy lifting when necessary, maintaining proper safety protocols Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs and route sheets, ensuring all records are complete and organized Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure optimal performance Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent appropriate for heavy vehicle operation Proven experience in commercial driving and route delivery, with a clean driving record Strong math skills for pricing calculations and route planning Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes Exceptional organizational skills for managing delivery schedules and paperwork Prior military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and strong work ethic Knowledge of merchandising standards and sales techniques is advantageous Embark on a career that combines active driving with meaningful customer interactions!
