At our Hinesville location, we're looking for a reliable, customer service-oriented Pickup and Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you ll serve as the critical link between our customers and service department - picking up customer vehicles for service, delivering loaner vehicles, and returning vehicles once service is complete. You ll help make service experiences convenient and stress-free. If you're friendly, punctual, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do:

Pick up and delivery customer vehicles safely and on time Ensure loaner vehicles are clean and well-maintained before delivery Review loaner vehicle agreements and conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers Perform vehicle inspections and document vehicle conditions accurately Coordinate with service managers on vehicle availability Communicate professionally with customers, answering questions and reviewing policies Drive and operate vehicles responsibly Assist with other duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record At least 19 years of age Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
