Responsibilities Safely operate your own vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and pickups Provide friendly, professional service to customers during drop-offs, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform heavy lifting when necessary, and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle Use organizational skills to plan optimal routes, track deliveries, and manage documentation accurately Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and route planning Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and basic sales techniques is a plus Experience in customer service roles with a focus on positive interactions Organizational skills for managing schedules, deliveries, and paperwork accurately Military background or experience is advantageous due to discipline and safety awareness Must possess good driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws Embark on a rewarding journey as a Delivery Driver where your energy fuels our success!
