Job Description

Job Overview: Join the founding launch team of Red Top Deliveries LLC! We are a fast-growing delivery partner launching an exciting new Veho operation in the Atlanta/South Fulton area. We are looking for professional, reliable, independent route drivers to help us build a foundation of excellence from day one. Trust at Every Mile.

Compensation & Pay Structure:

Production-Based Pay:

$1.82 per completed stop.

Hourly Equivalent:

Earn an estimated $15.00 to $30.00+ per hour depending on your delivery efficiency.

The Starter Phase:

New drivers start with a lighter 40-50 package starter route ($72.80-$91.00 per day) to learn the system and get up to speed.

Growth Potential:

Once you show proficiency and reliability, you will have the immediate option to scale up to full blocks (80-100+ stops), earning $145 to $182+ per day.

Growth:

Opportunities to move into lead driver or dispatcher roles as we scale.

The Schedule & Flexibility:

We believe in work-life balance and offer highly flexible scheduling. Whether you are looking for full-time consistency or weekend income, we can accommodate your availability as long as the routes are covered!

Shift Times:

Early morning Day Shift (4-6 hour blocks).

Daily Timeline:

8:45 AM check in / 9:00AM Load out and launch.

Options Available:

Monday-Friday schedules, dedicated weekend blocks (Thursday-Sunday), or customized routine shifts.

Launch Date:

Must be available for onboarding and routes starting immediately. Duties & Responsibilities: Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and business locations using your own reliable vehicle (Mid-size SUV, Cargo Van, or Sprinter). Use the Veho driver app to manage routes, scan packages (VPOD), and document successful deliveries. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at every stop. Communicate effectively with the Red Top dispatch team. Requirements:

Vehicle :

Must operate a reliable, efficient mid-size SUV, cargo van, or sprinter van.

Age:

Must be 25 years of age or older.

Record:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Tech:

Must have a modern smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a reliable data plan for routing software and strong communication skills.

Environment:

STRICT NO SMOKING

policy while executing routes and handling packages.

Attitude:

A "founding team" mindset—ready to grow with us and the ability to solve problems on the fly!

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
