Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and minimize delays Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting, while maintaining safety protocols Engage with customers professionally to confirm deliveries, answer questions, and provide outstanding service Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing sales opportunities during delivery interactions Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including pricing details and transaction records Organize merchandise on delivery vehicles for optimal space utilization and ease of unloading Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record and experience in commercial driving Strong math skills for handling pricing calculations and transaction accuracy Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills to manage delivery schedules, route planning, and paperwork seamlessly Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus Knowledge of merchandising practices to ensure proper product placement during deliveries Military background or experience is advantageous for discipline, route planning, and operational efficiency Embark on a career that drives success—literally!
