Duties Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload merchandise, often requiring heavy lifting and careful handling to prevent damage Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing the customer experience and increasing sales opportunities Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for efficient operations Organize delivery routes for optimal efficiency using organizational skills and route planning tools Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification with a clean driving record Strong knowledge of route driving, traffic laws, and safety procedures Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Basic math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes Prior experience in commercial driving or military logistics is a plus but not required; we value discipline, reliability, and a strong work ethic Organizational skills to plan routes effectively and manage delivery schedules Embark on a rewarding career that combines driving expertise with customer engagement!
