Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver and pick up dry cleaning orders across designated routes. Load and unload items using manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and care of garments. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route sheets, and delivery documentation to ensure efficient operations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients courteously, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times. Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity while adhering to scheduled delivery times. Experience Prior delivery driver experience, especially with courier or box truck operations preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Familiarity with route driving, load & unload procedures, and warehouse environments is desirable. Knowledge of safety protocols related to commercial driving and cargo handling.
