• As a Catering Delivery Driver at Teriyaki Madness, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their catering orders on time and in perfect condition.

• Delivery Excellence:

• Safely transport catering orders to customers' specified locations, ensuring food quality and presentation are maintained.

• Customer Service:

• Provide friendly and professional service to clients during deliveries; address any questions or concerns regarding their orders.

• Order Verification:

• Double-check all orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy and completeness of items.

• Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle; report any vehicle issues or concerns to management.

• Timeliness:

• Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure prompt arrival at each destination.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen staff and management to coordinate catering orders and communicate any customer feedback.

• Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License:

• A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are essential.

• Reliable Vehicle:

• Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for making deliveries.

• Customer-Focused Attitude:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent Teriyaki Madness positively while delivering orders.

• Time Management:

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for deliveries.

• Physical Stamina:

• Capability to lift and carry food containers (up to 40 lbs) and navigate stairs or uneven surfaces as necessary.
